YEA IT HAS BEEN . MY JEEP HAS NOT MOVED IN A WHILE , LOL . LIL BIT OF AN ISSUE TODAY WITH THE MURCI . HAD THE 15K MILE SERVICE DONE AND SOME KINKS WORKED OUT . THEY HAD THE CAR AT LAMBO LONG ISLAND FOR ABOUT 1 1/2 WEEKS . I GOT THE CAR BACK TODAY , SEEMED GREAT . PUT IT IN THE GARAGE , TOOK THE M6 OUT FOR A LIL WHILE AND CAME HOME AND FOUND A POOL OF OIL UNDER THE MURCI . LONG STORY SHORT LAMBO SENT A TOW TRUCK IMMEDIATELY , TOOK THE CAR BACK AND SHOULD HAVE IT BACK AGAIN TOMORROW MORN . SEEMS LIKE SOME MORON FORGOT TO TIGHTEN OR REPLACE A BOLT SOMEWHERE AND OIL WAS LEAKING OUT LIKE CRAZY . MADE LAMBO SERVICE LOOK VERY BAD . ALSO I AM GOING OUT EAST WITH A BUNCH OF FRIENDS WITH EXOTICS THIS SUNDAY AND WILL HAVE PICS FROM THE DAY . SHOULD BE MY MURCI , CL 600 RENN. , NEW ZO6 W/ MODS , CARRERA GT , 550 MARANELLO AND HEARD THAT THERE MAYBE AN ENZO THAT WAS JUST PURCHASED THAT MAY SHOW UP . PRETTY PSYCHED . Nice pics, did you take them with a Fischer Price My First Digital Camera? HAHAHA, just messing with you; they are very grainy though for some reason. The cars both look sweet and I'm liking the mats, I think I am going to have to get a pair of those, I want the bull and name on there instead of my plain boring mats. I've liked the 6 series ever since it came out, even though some BMW fanatics don't like it, and the carbon fiber on the interior looks bad ass.
Is the stick in the BMW a real stick or is it just for shifting SMG-style? It looks like it has some up/down stuff written on it instead of the h-pattern.

How does that SMG work; will it upshift for you if you don't once you redline or can you put it in fully manual mode? How quick are the shifts?

How does that SMG work; will it upshift for you if you don't once you redline or can you put it in fully manual mode? How quick are the shifts?
the smg is like an e-gear . you are in complete control of the shifts up and down regardless of where the tach is . it also has a auto mode and a slap stick mode ( just moving the shift knob up & down ) vs. the paddles . the shifts are not that great in full auto mode , you have to feather the pedal and really get used to its grove . you can also set on exactly how high you want the car to shift in rpm's in full auto mode with a button on the center consol . pretty cool . lots of little bells and whistles . it also has a power button that jumps the car from 405 hsp. to 505 hsp. and of course traction control . with out the traction control on you can have that bitch totally sideways and leave a nasty stretch . its really a great all around car and would give the murci a run for its money mid range . i knew absolutly nothing about the car when i bought it , didnt even drive it . just sat in it for about 5 seconds . so i am learning more and more about the car as the days go on . i would reccomend the car as a great combo between sport and luxury .

Yea its all good now , they said it was a faulty seal on the oil filter . Can you say BULLSHIT . Any way just glad to get it back and its running fucking great . I am going to the weekly gathering of exotics , muscle and classic cars tomorrow morn. bringing my fischer price camera . Will try to snap some good pix to post . Usually you get some Lambos , bunch of Ferraris , porsches , vipers etc........
