In less than 2 months I'm buying my Lambo:crazy:

So if you had to choose between these two (assuming they are still avail by then - maybe I can put money down to hold em lol):

2006 Arancio Borealis - 1000 miles - $189k:

2006 GRIGIO PROTEUS - 1500 miles - $173k:

One is $15k more and about the only thing I can see that the orange has is a back up camera? But the grey is also 300 miles away.

Thanks,
Shawn

Personally, I wouldn't want a grey Lambo, they're supposed to be loud and brash. But I wouldn't buy orange because Dave already has one in that color. But you don't have that problem so go with the cheaper one.

I'd go with orange. I think the attraction of the gunmetal grays will be over soon. I have a cayenne in that same gray and I'm already tired of it. I'm guessing you can beat those guys down a bit on that price.

It depends on your personal preference and whether the price is a determining factor for you. If it were me, I'd go for the grey. I sold one in that exact color last year and the customer is still happy as ever with it. It's more understated. You're there, but you're not as loud. The other side of the coin, is it's an exotic and they should be loud. What fits your personality better?

I'd prefer the orange, obviously, but I'm still not a huge fan of Arancio Borealis or Verde Ithaca on the coupe in non-SE form, I think that big black stripe down the back (or a black convertible top on the spyder) really sets it off, it's almost too much orange without that. I'm glad the interior is more reserved, I don't like the orange on orange leather 2 option where the whole seats and trim panels have solid orange pieces.

I think the Grigio Proteus looks awesome but, I wouldn't get it personally, I wanted my Lamborghini to be an in your face obnoxiously bright color. The gray looks really bad ass but I wanted more volume.

Grigio Proteus. Plus at the lower price, you can put whatever else you want into it (Backup camera, exhaust, change of wheels, etc.)

I like the understated look (Obviously, I bought a Grigio Antares with black interior.) I like the Alcantara look, although some piping would probably add to the looks. Also, a little color through some Lambo Bull mats might add a little spice.

I love Grigio Proteus. I think its a sick color. A happy medium between silver and black. I'd get the black interior, with red stitching and get the calipers in red.
