My new watch

So I'm not really a watch person. I've had the same Gucci diamond watch for 7 years now. I stopped wearing it a couple years ago 'cause I got tired of changing the battery all the time. Recently I discovered Sonbol (http://sonbolwatchgroup.com/genesis.html) and fell in love. Their slogan is a 'killer watch at a killer price.' They are for the time being all under $1k.

Here is mine. What do ya'll think? It has a really nice weight to it and quality. I love the design too.

Gucci watches are made by movado so this is actually a nice upgrade. Reminds of ToyWatch only a higher quality. I saw the pic before in your rally pictures, looks good on the wrist. Congrats!

Also hope the rally gave you the much needed fun you were looking for!

Eh... the rally was ok. It was the first time ModBall did the US. A few loose ends here and there. My co-pilot was very nice and respectful. We didn't meet till a day prior to start. Most of the people were cool. There was a really sleezy guy that cut my trip short, but hey, guess I can't blame him for being a guy. I'm glad to be home and resting now. I haven't been out since I've been back (3 days). I think I'm people-d and car-ed out. Just enjoying me time and catching up.

Hands are self-luminous? I've always avoided watches with those, they use radioactive material to do that, albeit a trivial amount, but don't really want any extra radiation if I can avoid it. :)

I was thinking that that watch must have more radium than Chernobyl. I love a watch that throws strontium and cesium into the mix. Does your wrist glow after you take it off?

Its not as fancy or as exculsive as the ones you guys have. (Give me a few years though!:biggerGrin:) Here's my new piece! Its a Fossil...Yes I know...

It looked really nice (almost like something more special...ALMOST HAHAHA), it was automatic, it was affordable!

I think its a classy skeleton watch, not too overwhelming to the eye but yet has the visual interest.

What do you guys think?
