the CTR3 is a ground-up creation made from zinc-dipped steel, aluminum and carbon fibre, and features a custom body that's more aggressive looking than the GT, bristling with vents and aerodynamic aids.

The CTR3 will no doubt continue this lineage, as it is capable of sprinting to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, and tops out at an unfettered speed of 370 km/h (about 235 mph).

Although if you build the thing ground up, I have to wonder why make it look like a Porsche? And the back looks like the, *ahem* ugly, P4/5 Ferrari. I know the P4/5 is like God's chariot to Ferrari owners but I think it looks like the Jetsons.

It's a RUF car, it's always based on a porsche, and for this they used the cayman.

No, previous RUF cars have been modifications of Porsche cars, this was designed ground up by them, but they made it look like a Porsche anyway when they could have done something unique.

I read an article where they used a Cayman and went from there.

Looks like a hack job. Give me a CGT anyday over that.

Interesting concept, but I'll wait to see the real thing...

still prefer the CGT, the back window area is ruining that for me.

That's the P4/5, a one-off car that Ferrari fan's would trade their children to drive; I think it looks stupid and was a waste of money, but the guy who owns it has a hell of a lot more money than me. :lol2:

i'd definitely prefer to have the enzo that was ruined to make the p4/5, than the actual p4/5.

Oh but they did. You should have seen some of the engineering feats they had to over come to builld the base from a hyundai to that thing :p
