That's a license plate bracket. I had it installed but never wanted to bolt the license plate to it. I do have Blinder M-25 laser jammers installed behind the grille.

LOL...Several people have said that. I am considering removing them when I upgrade the headlights to dual HID's.

For some weird reason I really like the headlight covers, however alot of people seem to agree with you. With all the feedback I get I HAVE been thinking about getting rid of them and may do so over the winter.

Nice, just get rid of the headlight surrounds. Sometimes less is more. Plus it looks like a prop from "Power Rangers" with those surrounds.
