microboby, can you tell me more about your exhaust setup? My understanding is the straightpipes replace the stock section of the exhaust between the headers and mufflers where the cats are, correct? Then the Tubi does the rest including out the back?
Is there a balance pipe in the setup? And where, at the straightpipes or the muffler section?
The reason I'm asking is because I'm planning on doing my own custom exhaust with mufflers I want to use and I'm trying to figure out how much custom work I need versus getting partially there with off the shelf parts. Ideally I'd like to keep the stock headers, go to the straight pipes to get rid of the cats and hopefully have them include the balance pipe since I believe you want that as close to the engine in the exhaust line as possible, then have custom tube made from straight pipe back, incorporating the race mufflers. If I have to do the balance tube, that would complicate things since there's a lot of calculation that goes into the size and location of that and I'd rather it come before the muffler section so I don't have to worry about it.

I have the Fabspeed straightpipes that replace the factory Cats you can even plug the O2 sensor on them that way you dont get the CEL light on. Then the tubi Muffler plugs to the straight pipes.
Sound is RAW and pure , Very loud but when you start going trough the rev band you think the car is going to fly , sound very like an F1 car.
I can record some video and post is.
A plus is that you get big flames caused by the backfiring , They look very cool from behind
Hope it helps

Cool, thanks for the info; what kind of price did you get on the Fabspeed's? I'm looking at either them or the Larini pipes, need to see if the Larini also supports the O2 sensor as I'd rather not deal with any lights coming on. I think the Larini is about $1500 but haven't gotten any prices yet. I'm going to do the muffler setup custom and looks like that will be where the balance pipe needs to go too since the straight pipes don't have that from anyone that I've found.
A video would be really cool. :)

Fabspeed were $350 from a guy at L-power that Totaled the car and kept the parts , There is no way in hell that they are worth $1500.
Try Cargraphics they had an special for $650

Yeah, I always thought that was asinine for a piece of bent tube but figured it comes with the territory when you need that piece of cheap tube bent in the right way to fit in a Lambo engine compartment. :) I'll check out the fabspeed.
