Yes, I own a ricer. Please don't flame me. Here's a little video I made about two years ago. I know the Z is not all that and I was not trying to show it off. The video was made to test the zoom rocker and OIS (Optical Image Stabilizer) on the camera.

Car looks great, OIS not so good. :) You should get some tearing down the highway video, the 350 handles pretty well.

No, you are a ricer. You own a rice rocket.

Yes, rice is a state of mind. :) 350z is one of my fav Japanese cars though, behind the NSX but ahead of the Skyline. What an amazing car the NSX is, still looks good all these years later and it's a constant presence at every race track I've been to.

I'd take a MK IV Supra over a NSX....and an R34 Skyline over most cars. Other than that my Japanese car list doesn't reach very far.

I'd go Supra for straight line, but the NSX is more nimble on the track I think. I'm not a huge fan of the Skyline because of all the crazy computer crap trying to drive for you. :)

Sort of like the AWD system on your G?

Yeah, quite similar, but I prefer the AWD on the G because of where it's primarily used, the street. After driving the Radical on the track, I've gotten the rear end loose a few times coming through a corner poorly but typically just turn the wheel a bit and give it some gas and it brings it back in line. Once I'm a better driver I'm sure I'd prefer 2wd for a track car; less complexity, less weight, less to go wrong and more fun.

I wanted a 350Z roadster for the longest time. Red/Black/6-speed. The fact that it only had two seats, no trunk, and cost close to 40k optioned out killed that dream quickly however.

Why, you don't have kids.

It was more so the 40k but I wanted to make myself feel better putting practicality first in my mind :D

That and should the occasion arise I'd like to be able to take more than one girl home.

If the two of them can't fit in the passenger seat together than don't bring them home. :)

Well with my current car I can hold like six or seven if they are very skinny. Also, the back folds into a bed, just in case home isn't an option :D

That's an argument for your current car rather than one against a two seater. :) The g-wagen is pretty roomy inside too; you need one for all occasions.

We just sold our 1992 Buick Roadmaster. My father (being the Redneck he is) decided to put a Flowmaster exhaust kit on it. Although it didn't really help with emissions, the sound it output was very similar to a Mustang's. I didn't, however, like the handling on it. It was much too big and didn't corner at all. But we somehow got it up to 100 on a back road in Myakka.
