Well I got bored with my 07 GTI and decided i need some excitement.
While not having the funds to purchase a exotic, I did get a great deal on this.
2001 Mustang Bullitt edition.
Yeah, just a few mods came on it. :grinning-smiley-003

Nice, the only thing I don't like about the Bullitt's and please don't take this the wrong way (Car looks great.) No spoiler. I had a 2000 Mustang, with a spoiler and I thought it set the car off. It just looks like it's missing something on the ass end with no spoiler.
But other than that small negative opinion, nice car. Any plans to mod or take to Bithlo?

Did the engine in Mustangs go back to 5 liter? Thought they were 4.6.

They're still 4.6. I heard they're going to put a turbo in the v6 models so it has similar performance to the v8 but better fuel economy.

Oh; I got confused by the sticker that says 5.0 in the bottom of the pic. I had a '96 Mustang Cobra that I bought as my first car that I purchased myself after getting my first real job in college. :)

lol yeah the previous owner had the stickers on there. i took them off a few days after the pictures.(thanks goo-gone) Lasombra, i total agree with your statement. It does look kind of wrong with no spoiler, but everyone and their mother has one with a spoiler around here (even my mothers 05 gt) =)
I might take it to Bithlo once, I'm more interested in running on road courses than a drag strip. Just need to upgrade the Cams and do the suspension. ClearChannel doesn't like to pay me a lot of money so it might take decades before that happens. haha If you are ever heading to Bithlo let me know, would be nice to meet some people from the forums in person.

I've tried to get out to the Road courses, but for me, Sebring is too far away, and I don't know anyone that runs at Daytona, or even if they let people in there. (Dave, can you comment?)
So Bithlo is my playing ground, although I only get out there once or twice a year. I've put some more money into the engine, so I'm going to the strip once I get out to a tuner. So probably October when the cooler weather comes I'll get out there. Anyone that likes to drive fast in a straight line is more than welcome to join me and my group that night.
I'll let you know.
Which station for Clear Channel if you don't mind me asking?

Sebring is too far?! It's like two hours.
PBOC is doing Daytona later this year but I believe they're already filled up on all groups other than race drivers.

The only way I know of to get there is go down I-4, and take side roads down by Lakeland to it. I'm up by Daytona, so it's about 3.5 hours I think. Too far for me unless i know a bunch of people going.
What can I say? I'm an ignorant fool that doesn't get out much......
