does anyone know of a free facility or a good value software to capture on screen demos.

You know where it's like a video but has a naration and you can see the mouse cursor actually navigating the application?

one of my clients uses one, I'll check tomorrow what it's called.
It's nothing super fancy, but records what's on screen and voice input if you've got a mic hooked up.

If you have a video camera and a output to a TV on your computer you can record it yourself by plugging your computer into your camcorder. I am sure there is some good software, though, for what you want.
