If I remember correctly, the pics of this car initially showed up on some Russian website that was trying to sell the vehicle for $7000, obviously for parts only :), but the actual vehicle was found and housed in or around Vegas. Probably just stolen and taken out into the desert for some target practice since there's no blood in any of the interior pics, and with the size of some of those holes, if there had been humans inside, there'd have been some blood.
