Those Mexican border towns are drug war zones now. When I was younger we used to go down to Nuevo Laredo on the Mexico/Texas border and party.

A few year back we went down there, and after dark everyone vanished. Were before it was like an all night party. I asked one of the locals where the hell everyone went. He said something like "cartels" and had this scared look on his face. I don't know what he's was saying, but we got the hint real fast and got the hell outta there.

I would do nothing. And it would be everything I thought it could be. I really don't know what I'd do with $206 million, probably invest $200M of it, and then buy a few Captain and Cokes and see where I end up. $6M would be a hell of a weekend :D
