REAL ESTATE FORUM: Looking for apprentices who want to be future millionaires in RE

I have been getting dozens of requests from people that want to get involved and make commercial real estate their career. I will be offering a group session to qualified individuals that meet certain criterias. I will run a class of 50 and see how it goes and it will be ongoing. The dates and times when I will post will be determined. This is a priceless course and for those who are serious, it will be fool proof. Below are the criteria I will be looking for individuals for my program:

1. Need to be serious about being the best of the best.
2. Self Confidence.
3. Believe in goals and want the finer things in life.
4. Need to be NO LONGER ASSOCIATED WITH FERRARI CHAT.
5. Individuals with lifetime bans from Ferrari Chat will get a one on one personalized course at my home with all expenses paid.

I was just horsing around with my buddy Gene Berns and the clown bans me for 72 hours. Then, he compares me to the US prison population saying that 1% of the US Prison population and that 1% of FChat members are banned.

Enough talking about Dave M. I will definitely not go back to FChat as long as he is around. I should not have apologized but felt sorry for the guy and did not realize that he had a history on being power hungry. I do joke around alot but it is just to have fun and I know my limits. I have been getting over a dozen private messages per week when I was on FChat about people interested in real estate. I am no expert by any means but I might have a question and anwer type of session here so both sides , me and members, can learn from one another, I am a very private person and do not like to brag. I never drive my vehicles to show off and my daily driver is a 1999 GMC Pickup truck with over 120K miles. I did help alot of people get in the real estate business and will always make time to help sincere honest people with any questions or my opinions. I always tell people that just because the system worked for me, it might not work for them. They should listen to me as well as dozen of others like myself and utilize their own systems. There is no dumb question on real estate. I will make an exception and share my expiences, hardships, and personal and financial rewards to make my so called webinar interesting. I will tell everyone both sides of the story and hopefully my experiences will help them either to pursue, be on the sidelines, or eliminate whether commercial real estate is for them. Looking forward in meeting some great friends with the same common interests.

Gus, This is Samad's brother Ahad. I'd be up for this! I did heavy REI research about 5 years ago, read several books on the subject including the Rbert Kyosaki books. I thought of an idea that I might want to give it a try. I currently have 500 vacant apartment units that need to be rented. My leasing staff do rent them but I thought about having an agent that is on a residual commission basis where they get a piece of every unit indefinitely. As an example, say an average apartment rents for $800.00 per unit and the leasing agent rents 500 units. The agent will be responsible for his/her client`s (tenants) collection, service requests, and lease renewals. If the tenant does not pay on time, the management office will notify the agent and the agent will in turn need to call or visit his/her client and get payment. In return, the agent gets paid 5% of the gross rents. $800.00 per apartment for 500 apartments is equivalent to $400,000.00 per month. 5% of $400,000.00 is $20,000.00 per month for the agent. Whether this system will work or not, I do not know. I know it is doable because when I first started out, I managed well over 500 units. The ideal person needs to be a go getter, responsible, consistent, and a real hustler. What do you guys think? You do not have to worry about me running out of units to rent. I have plenty and can always do more acquisitions throughout the United States. Your input and feedback is really appreciated.
