It's like Absinthe. Now it's legal, before it wasn't, who knows if they will ban it again in the future.

Real absinthe is still illegal to ship or sell I believe.

yeah, real absinthe with high levels of thujone is still illegal. But there are new absinthes with very very low levels that can pass the FDC test.

Cubans are still illegal, too.

I apply the government's standard on Cuban imigrants to Cuban cigars; if they make it to US soil, it's ok. :lol2:

Supposedly you have to drink a hell of a lot to start seeing things, and it's no weak liquor to begin with.

haha! True but remember its just not Cuban cigars, we have no free trade with Cuba on anything.

I just brought some good stuff back from Spain...and I do make my own...goes good with a Cohiba!
