Hawt! So hot, I didn't even notice the LP640 roadster.

This is BMCD's latest company car.

Here's the interior. (Btw - these are taken by a camera phone. The one day I forget my camera at home I actually need it.)

Wow, that is awesome, not what I expected at all. I was thinking Exige with some track stuff but that thing is sweet.

what does the track car go for?

Retails around 100k. You have to special order one if you want one. Take about 4 months.

I have been thinking about the exige for a daily driver. My only concern is the safety factor if I was to get hit by a suv. Is it possible to add a roll cage into the exige or is the car fairly safe?

You can add one aftermarket. The Exige and Exige S retail for way less than the Cup Car. As far as safety goes they are reasonably safe. I'd check out EliseTalk.com and see what kinds of accidents people have had on there with SUVs. Nothing other sports cars haven't experienced. Even in a Gallardo you have to be on the defense because it is pretty low to the ground.

Roll cage would probably be easy to install too since it doesn't have all the normal crap to get in the way.

Just an FYI - this car will be available for sale in a few months. Right now it's being shown at special events.

This might be a good option for Zzzzdoc's track car; not as bone jarring as the Radical and not light in the loafers like a Miata. :lol2:

We're now selling this car for $104,900. We've added some upgrades to it.

Sorry, the green is a deal killer. But otherwise looks real sharp.

To each his/her own.

There's nothing green about someone who owns a car that gets 8mpg.

That really why you don't like green, or just don't like the color?

Don't like the color green, period. Don't wear green clothes, etc...

I ignore the green flags on the track until the black flag comes out. Then I can haul ass into the pits at full speed.

Nothing per-se wrong with the car's color, except I wouldn't be buying one.
