Friends in the hospital

Well, I'm gonna bug out of the office and play hookie today. Friend of mine is in the hospital and I'm going to see her. Not sure when the visitation hours are, but I'll find out. (Wife's best friend, if you were wondering.)

Anyways, she went in for Kidney Stone Removal about 9 or 10 days ago. Jess was there the first day and said that after the operation she looked like death. I thought that kidney stone removal was no big deal? That's what I read on the internet, at least.

So I guess her stint got infected?????? Not really sure, but she has been up in the hospital for about 60 hours now. Worse part is, today's her birthday. The Ides of March.

Life sucks sometimes.

Damn that sucks. A friend of mine always has random health issues, and it always makes me worry about her. She's severely hit or miss when it comes to getting in contact with anyone, so I very rarely get updates.


Sucks caring a bit, huh? :D

Yeah it does. I don't wish bad things on anyone. Especially not my friends. I only have a few.
