Don't even think they're an option from Lambo - they look terrible IMO. Very "stuck on" look and deminishes all class of a car of such elegance!

Nice. Love the Yellow/Yellow combo, usually I'm not a huge fan of yellow on cars, but for some reason it looks great on your LP. More pics ASAP!

Good idea on that, I have the 3M clear shield on my car and I'm sure it's already saved me from some scratches or possibly even chips.

Yes, I learned the hard way with the Noble - after 8 months I needed to respray the front. Was just white :lol2:

Since then I have used that 3M clear shield on all the low exotics.

Well it's not like you have to know it to drive the car but other Lambo owners might look at you weird at car shows and things if you don't know it.

Dave tends to steal my parking space if I don't show him the handshake first. Screwed it up a few months ago, and I had to park all the way in back.

I just love how EVERYONE stops when your car pulls in. Even my dad said "Wow, looks like the big boys are here" when you arrived in your Murci.

I don't. No idea about other people. I think the majority of them in the suburbs are just cheap metal, like mine.

In Florida, the typical garage door is made of a kind of metal on the outside and either metal or wooden timbers used as braces on the inside. It's a code requirement due to the hurricanes and the winds they produce.

In other parts of the country, Wooden kinds of garage doors are allowed, although typically not used due to cost, unless your talking about a layer of wood on the outside to make the appearance of a wooden door.

Yeah, I miss the mahagony doors I had when I lived up North. I don't miss the maintenance they required, however. Down here the new fad is to faux paint doors so they look like wood. Somehow, not the same.

BTW, also love the center caps on the wheels. Are those the stock LP640 wheels. I haven't really paid attention to them. If not, what are they?

Yes, no matter how real the artificial ones look, it's not the same as the genuine stuff!

The center caps are an option on the list called "C.I Wheel Badges" they are an option :)

One of my friends just upgraded from the roadster in my avator to a pearl white LP. There are a couple pictures in the gallery now. What a hot car the LP is. I hope you are truly enjoying yours Mike. I couldn't sleep at night if I had one of those in my garage.
