the garage looks like it has a bar in it and the bar in the house has a roulette table on the ceiling :headbang:

I don't like it, BUT, unlike your other ones, this one looks very elegant, dignified and well put together, and that bar is pretty pimp! That last one you posted I wasn't sure if it was a cave, whore house or medieval fortress. LOL

I kinda like it and kinda don't, I like modern houses a lot more, but that garage does look sick! The roulette bar and the theater look pretty cool too.

We went to see this house over the weekend. It is SWEEEEET!!!
However, it makes it seem huge in the pictures. It's only 7,000 sq ft. I know still pretty big, but in the pictures it looks more like 20,000 sq ft. And then the realtor said it was a 'bachelor pad' for a ceo of a big company and then he got married and the wife wanted to move.
I can tell it was a guys house because 1) there were stains on all the carpets, walls were all marked up inside 2) he spent 700k supposedly on the basement, but chose the cheapest kitchen countertops and cabinets he could find.
That said, the house is still amazing. It's about the same as mine in sq footage but blows mine away. It really feels like a mansion inside and outside. But it had a party feel to it and I would wonder how hard it would be to sell being in that price range and if a family were to move in.
So if I was single and had 3.5M to blow on the house I would buy it. Oh and the roulette wheel is real from Vegas, so is a craps table in the basement. He also has a live sound stage with guitars he bought from famous bands signed, and they're still there, those must be worth a fortune. But the reator said those are not included:lol2:
