About the car:

When one thinks of an exotic, Lamborghini is the first name that comes to mind! From every child’s poster car dream to every adult’s auto fantasy, this Gallardo leaves you speechless. The Gallardo’s powerplant is breathtaking in every aspect. The V-10 delivers so much more than sexy noises. It rockets the car to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds and achieves a top speed of 192 mph. But this is not surprising considering that the output from this all aluminum 5.0 Liter engine is a monstrous 520 HP at 7,800 rpm. Of course not to be forgotten is the full time, all wheel drive mated to a gated 6-speed manual transmission.

Another great aspect of this car is that it was built with the intentions of everyday driving while achieving race car result. This makes it a very versatile exotic, much more than any of its direct competition. It comes with hi-intensity xenon headlights, a soft touch nero porseus black Italian leather interior with yellow stitching, 19 inch 5 spoke Callisto wheels with Pirelli 295’s on the rear, 14.4 inch front vented disk brakes along with 13.2 inch rear breaks.

Reason for Sale

Simple: I recently purchased a white Gallardo Spyder and I really do not need two Gallardos (or do I).


The car's story:

This Gallardo was purchased brand new from Lamborghini Chicago. I am the first and only owner. The car was broken in properly and has had its 1,500 mile service. The car has never been tracked, auto-crossed, or raced. It is currently garaged in the western Chicago suburbs.


Modifications:

- Tubi Exhaust with Cat Bypasses was dealer installed (Louder Factory Exhaust will be included at no-cost)
- Red Hoses
- Lowered 1" from factory
- Clear Bra on Nose, Mirrors, and Door Edges


Major Repairs/Maintenance:

- No repairs of any type

- 1,500 mi. maintenance completed


Condition:

The car is PERFECT.

No dents/dings/scratches, rockchips blemishes, or anything. No different than new.

The car is only hand washed and detailed by personal detailer


About Me:

I am an avid collector of high end cars, and I take meticulous care of all my cars. They are all garaged at either my house or my airport hanger. I am very particular about this car, and I have only driven this on sunny weekends. I am an active member of multiple high end car forums as well as an owner and plan on listing the car at each of them.

The car is privately owned. It was on consignment at Chicago Motor Cars for a while and they took pictures which we liked and are using for advertising purposes now. The idea is for the transaction to happen through the above dealer for tax purposes only. In Illinois we get tax credit on the trade in price of a vehicle. Effectively we only pay taxes on the difference of the new purchase price over the old trade in price.
