North America Forum

Why is there a North America Forum that has the Florida & California Forum in it, but that's the same as the Florida & California Forum that is outside of the North America Forum. Just realized that a second ago.

'cause vbulletin is dumb. :) Since FL & CA is a sub-forum of North America, it reflects the last both for either, but I still wanted FL & CA on the home page so people could go right to it rather than not knowing it existed. Maybe I can figure out how to make it work the way it should one of these days.
