Thank God that fad never caught on.Wasn't for a lack of trying. Cars seemed to be getting around for a few months, then the KRON 4 news bit ran, the cops then "found" a law to shut things down, the state lawmakers got involved and the fad vaporized within the following few weeks.

I think the threat of the taking of the car for a 2nd offence worked pretty well.
