Holy shit, watch this thing do a hill climb: (turn your volume down) [Edit 3/3/07 - Tofu busted me, this is not an R8, it's a Norma M20]

Okay, you can have a little sample of the consumer R8 too, love that engine sound: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbfswi8HYW0
That video looks surprisingly similar to this one you posted in the Radical topic.
:fu: :fu:

I think I looks more like an R8 with the pointier nose as opposed to the radicals flat slopping nose.

LOL, you got me! :owned:
So you're right, someone is lying about what car that is... I need to figure out where that location is so I can try to see whose video is lying.

If i had to take a guess, i'd say french alps. Having driven them a couple times they definatly have the winding roads and steep dropoffs in common.

This is a real challenge, the R8 should not have mirrors mounted where those are, but the Radical, even the single seaters, are not off center like that, so I'm thinking we need to rule out Radical at this point but maybe not even an R8 either.
Ah, that's it, the video mislabeled as a Radical was at least accurate regarding the driver's name and I've determined that the car he's in is a Norma M20:

Now I just need some actual video of an R8
Damn... well there went this thread

There's the real one! If that had been this country, it would have gotten stuck in a pot hole and then someone would have stolen the wheels.
