I use tons of the Griot's Garage stuff on my Murci (then I wipe it off, smart asses). They're having someone from the company showing off the stuff (I suppose, detailing a car) at THE COMPLETE GARAGE on 2559 Countryside Boulevard, Suite 5, in Clearwater on Saturday March 3rd from 1-5 pm. I thought I'd go check it out. I've been meaning to go there to look at garage flooring anyway (need to spiffy up the Lambo's home).

Anyone interested.

BTW, their website to look at the Griot's Garage stuff is:
www.griotsgarage.com (http://www.griotsgarage.com)

The website for The Complete Garage is:
http://www.completegarage.com/?CFID=1382248&CFTOKEN=26665425

My friend tells me that the parking is relatively exotic friendly.

I might stop by if I'm in town, I have a kick ass air tool from Griot's, it's an inflate/deflate gun for use with an air compressor that let's you pull the handle a little bit for deflate, all the way for inflate, and it has a massive rubber-protected gauge on it from 0 to 80 psi. Makes it incredibly easy to get the psi you want because you're not trying to squint at some little tiny gauge that goes to 300 psi and you're trying to dial in on one millimeter in the first 10% of the gauge.

I've been wanting to get some of the fancy tools Griots has to clean the inside of the windshield, it's impossible without go go gadget arms.

Yeah, cleaning the inside windshield without the window cleaning arm would be an amazing PIA because of how far away it is and how far back the seats tilt.

I've got that gauge too, but lately have just been using a normal release air gauge. What I had to get was the extensions for the tire valves. Without them, it was an amazing pain to add air to the tires.

I've got a cabinet full of Griots garage stuff. Ridiculously expensive, but they really are high quality. It's nice to find a local source, instead of mail order. I'm real curious if The Complete Garage stocks all of it, or just a small portion.

Well I went to the Griots Garage thing. Started raining, which was a drag. The guy took a look at my car, wax and microfiber in hand. Looked it over with a fine toothed comb, and said. The paint job is flawless. Next...

It's nice to find a local source for all this stuff. Of course, that means driving for a half hour instead of magically having appear via UPS, but I do like to support local businesses.

I took a look at the weather and now I don't even want to go out in the Chevy; cold and nasty out (for Floridians at least). I'll have to check that place out though because while I like to order exactly what I want online, I don't like to shop and browse online, so I'd rather go there and find and purchase things I didn't know I wanted. :)

They may not have all of their products there, but they do have quite a bit. And you can also drop a fortune on all the garage stuff. Wall units / shelving / Racedeck flooring, etc.

Nice guys, and I did make their day driving up in the Murci. Of course, some poor schmuck in an Alfa Romeo had to move his car. Oh well.
