Financial problems make me forced to sell.

That's never good... :(

Hmm, auction removed, that normally happens when the seller pulls it; I know he had a broker shopping it around for him too.

Yes, I sold the Countach. I had it on ebay 3 times, kept kicking me off because the vin number. They wanted something like, 1GPLXXXXXXX. But the only vin/serial number was 1121450. Finally fount out how to do it. You have to put 17 zeros or 17 ones in. Then in the description, either "gray market car" or "european model". I sold it to a company in Japan, through a guy in California. I had a doctor in Tampa and a guy in Bellaire Beach, but neither would return my calls or come and see it. I finally had to take $77,500. Wanted it to stay local. Problem is, it's not a car you can just get into and go. You have to let it warm up, drive slow for a while. Hope to get a later model, 1985, QV Carb, some day, think they would be better than the 3.9 liter engine from the 60's and 70's.

Sorry to see it go, Larry. It will always be the first Countach I rode in.
